Refund & Return Policy

At CoreToons Productions LLC, we provide digital educational content with immediate access after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or downloaded.

However, if you experience a technical issue or receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at Salaadin@CoreToons.com, and we will do our best to resolve it.

Exceptions (if applicable):

• If you purchased the wrong course and have not accessed it, we may consider a manual exchange.
• All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and granted only at our discretion.
